Every year in October the incredible humpback whales and orcas gather to feed on herring to the Norwegian fjords around Tromso area. On this experience you have a chance to get closer to these world’s biggest mammals! But you must plan this trip ahead because whales can be seen in Tromso area only from October until February.

Swimming in the Arctic Ocean

How does it sound spending a day in the middle of beautiful fjords in Norway, watching and listening to the sound of The Arctic Ocean. Even in the middle of summer you are able to see snow in the mountains. It is also possible to spot dolphins swimming in the fjord.

The wildest people go to swim in the fresh crystal clear water year around. Do you dare? Day is crowned by campfire boiled coffee, in Finnish we call that coffee pot “Nokipannu” and drink coffee from a wooded coffee cup guksi (in Finnish “ Kuksa “)
