At Cahkal Hotel we have a crew of fifteen. You will meet us as your hostesses, wilderness guides, chef of your daily cuisine and providers of a seamless service experience. At Cahkal we believe in giving experiences beyond ordinary. They are crafted not by us but by the Arctic wilderness. The Cahkal Hotel is located in the small village of Kilpisjärvi, 400 kilometres above the Arctic Circle, combining solitude and magnificent wilderness. We are perfectly placed in the most north-western point of Finnish Lapland, on the border of Sweden and Norway and less than 50 kilometres away from the Arctic Ocean.
Commercial airports (shuttle times) are: Tromsö (2,5 h), Kittilä (3,5 h), Enontekiö (2 h, only small jets) and Kiruna (3,5 h).
We have 23 rooms, 50 spaces in restaurant and are offering transfers up to 50 people.
